The Waitress
Coffee · Spiced Pumpkin · Dark Musk · Sandalwood · Fudge
Hi honey, what can I get for you?
She already knows. She's had your number since you walked through that door. She smells like coffee and spiced pumpkin first. Warm, familiar, exactly what you came in for. Then the fudge hits, rich and sweet, and suddenly you're not thinking about leaving. The dark musk and sandalwood underneath are what really do you in: warm and close and just a little dangerous, the kind of scent that keeps you in that booth way longer than you planned.
That's the idea.
She remembers how you take your coffee, laughs at everything you say, and leans in just close enough that you forget what you were doing for a second.
That second is all she needs.
She is so sorry about your wallet by the way. She looked everywhere. She really did. You should check by the register. Could've fallen out when you sat down. She'll keep an eye out, she promises.
You leave a great tip.
You always do.
You come back next Thursday.
You always do that too.
Shake well. Disturb the peace.
